Q. If the product I want to purchase is not listed in the qualifying products section is it eligible for the promotion?
A. Unfortunately only products listed on this website are eligible for the promotion.
Q. I have missed the 30 – 60 day window to make my claim, can I still claim?
A. No, we must have receive your claim in the 30 – 60 day window. We take the date on your purchase receipt or invoice as Day 1.
Q. How can I upload my purchase receipt?
A. During the claim form you will be prompted to upload your purchase invoice or receipt.
If you purchased online, your purchase receipt will be emailed to you. Please take a screen shot of the purchase receipt and paste it into Microsoft Word (save as PDF) or Microsoft Paint (save as JPEG).

If you have a physical copy of the purchase receipt you can either:
  1. Take a photo of it on your smart phone, tablet or digital camera and transfer it to the computer you are claiming from.
  2. Scan it into your computer using a scanner.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my cash back reward?
A. We will process your payment via bank transfer within 30 days of a validating your claim. You will receive notification once your claim has been validated via email.
